As vacinas têm um papel muito importante na saúde pública, pois é uma das
medidas mais eficazes no combate de doenças imunopreviniveis. Este estudo tem por objetivo
demonstrar os motivos pelos quais a população brasileira tem dificuldades em aderir ao
imunobiológico influenza. O método é uma revisão de literatura que busca sintetizar a produção
científica sobre os fatores que levam a não adesão à vacina Realizada por meio de levantamento
bibliográfico dos últimos 5 anos (2016-2021), via Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, nas bases de
dados LILACS, BDENF e MEDLINE, no período de setembro a novembro de 2021. resultados:
evidenciamos os principais motivos para não adesão da vacina influenza tais como á falta de
esclarecimento sobre a vacina e seus efeitos adeversos, descrédito sobre a eficácia do
imunizante, não considerar a importância da vacinação anual, crenças erroneas sobre o
imunizante entre outros. Conclui-se que o papel dos profissionais de saúde em destaque o
enfermeiro deve ter em mente a promoção em saúde, com orientações sobre as vantagens do uso
do imunobiologico. Entre outros e assim promovendo uma melhor adesão da população vacinal.
ABSTRACT: Vaccines play a very important role in public health, as they are one of the most
effective measures to combat vaccine-preventable diseases. This study aims to demonstrate the
reasons why the Brazilian population has difficulties in adhering to immunobiological influenza.
The method is a literature review that seeks to synthesize scientific production on the factors
that lead to non-adherence to the vaccine. It was carried out through a literature review of the
last 5 years (2016-2021), via the Virtual Health Library, in LILACS databases , BDENF and
MEDLINE, from September to November 2021. results: we highlighted the main reasons for
non-adherence to the influenza vaccine, such as lack of clarification about the vaccine and its
adverse effects, discredit on the effectiveness of the immunizing agent, not considering the
importance of annual vaccination, erroneous beliefs about the immunizing agent, among others.
It is concluded that the role of health professionals highlighted the nurse must have health
promotion in mind, with guidance on the advantages of using immu
